Terms of Service Effective Date: April 8th, 2025
Welcome to www.highnoblesafe.com, owned and operated by High Noble Safe Company, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our site, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Site You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site or place orders. You may not use our site for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your use of the Service.
2. Product Availability Some safes are custom-built and made to order. Custom safes may have extended lead times (4–10 weeks) depending on finish, lock, hardware, or door swing options. Availability is subject to change without notice.
3. Order Acceptance & Pricing We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. Orders are not final until confirmed by us. If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery We offer nationwide shipping via LTL freight carriers.

Residential deliveries are limited to safes under 2,500 lbs.

Standard delivery is curbside only unless final mile service is purchased. The freight company will call to schedule your delivery for all residential locations.

If your safe exceeds liftgate capacity, you may need to:

Pick up from a freight terminal,

Provide your own forklift or equipment,

Request installation service (in select cities).

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or market conditions.
5. Inspection & Damaged Goods Customers must inspect all shipments before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL):

Take clear photos of any damage to packaging and the product.

Do not sign the BOL without noting damage or contacting us at 888-931-8934.

You may refuse a damaged shipment or accept it for a potential discount.

Failure to inspect and document damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to process claims or offer compensation.
6. Returns & Refunds You may return eligible safes within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

Items must be unused, in original packaging/crate.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or return shipping cost, whichever is greater.

Built-to-order safes are non-returnable unless damaged.

7. Warranty All new safes come with a manufacturer's warranty. Customers may contact the manufacturer directly or email us at sales@highnoblesafe.com for help initiating a claim.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Privacy Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected and used.
10. Intellectual Property All content on the Site—including logos, images, and text—is the property of High Noble Safe Company or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Prohibited Uses You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violations of these terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
