At High Noble Safe Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging or crate.

Proof of purchase is required.

Custom and built-to-order safes (e.g., color, lock type, hardware, door swing) are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery.
Return Fees

A 15% restocking fee or return shipping cost, whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or error on our part.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after return inspection.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for:

Items returned damaged or incomplete,

Late returns (beyond the 30-day window),

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact sales@highnoblesafe.com to discuss an exchange.
